Try uploading them to photobucket.com and making them smaller:) You can even get a html link from there. Or an easier way would be to open your photo with Paint on your computer and click on "Image" then "Resize/Shew" then on "resize" change both 100%'s to a smaller number and save:) Hope that helps!
